Where we deliver

We deliver across India. Large items — hospital beds, oxygen concentrators and similar equipment — may have delivery restrictions or an additional charge depending on the location. We will contact you before dispatch if any extra charge applies, and you may cancel for a full refund if you prefer.

Charges

• Orders of ₹2,000.00 and above: free standard delivery.
• Orders below that value: a flat delivery charge of ₹99.00.
• Heavy or bulky items: quoted before dispatch where an additional charge applies.

Dispatch and delivery time

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Typical delivery time is 2–4 working days within West Bengal and 4–8 working days elsewhere in India. Remote locations may take longer.

Installation and demonstration

For customers in and around Kolkata we deliver, install and demonstrate machines in person at no extra charge. Elsewhere we arrange an online demonstration over a video call.

Tracking

You will receive the courier name and tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check the status on our order tracking page using your order number and registered mobile number.

Receiving your order

Please check the packaging before accepting delivery. If the outer box is visibly damaged or opened, refuse the delivery and call us on 7003157165 the same day.
