1. Agreement

By placing an order on meenakshihealthcare.com you agree to these terms.

2. Products and prescriptions

Several products we sell — including CPAP and BiPAP devices and oxygen concentrators — are prescription medical equipment. By ordering, you confirm that you have, or will obtain, a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, and that therapy settings will be configured by your treating clinician. We supply and service equipment; we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

3. Product information

Specifications and descriptions are reproduced from manufacturer documentation. Manufacturers may change specifications without notice. Photographs are representative; accessories shown are included only where the listing states so.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Order totals are calculated on our server at the time you place the order. If a price is displayed in error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

An order is confirmed only after payment is verified on our server, or — for Cash on Delivery — after we confirm the order by phone. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we cannot verify the order.

6. Rentals

Rented equipment remains our property. Rental terms, deposit and duration are agreed separately in writing. Equipment must be returned in working condition, allowing for fair wear and tear.

7. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page. Consumables — filters, cushions, tubing and similar items — are not covered. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, or use of a power supply other than the one provided.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
