Call or WhatsApp 7003157165 with your device model and a short description of the problem. If you can, send a photo of the device label — it speeds things up.

Before you call

A surprising number of problems are solved by checking three things: that the filter is clean, that the tubing has no cracks or loose cuffs, and that the humidifier chamber is filled to the marked line and seated properly. If the issue persists after checking those, get in touch.
